We're SO excited to bring you Jess Vestal. 

You may recognize Jess from her recent appearance on Love Is Blind Season 6. However we spend this episode getting to know Jess on a much deeper level, understanding the challenges she's faced throughout her life thus far and how they've brought her purpose.

She discusses the challenges she faced in foster care and how she overcame them. Jess also highlights the significance of being a present and positive parent, offering advice for parents from the foster care system. The conversation delves into the topic of mom shaming and the importance of pursuing personal goals while balancing motherhood. Jess shares her insights on teaching children self-care and self-love, as well as setting standards in dating as a single mom. In this conversation, Jess discusses her experience of dating as a single mother and the importance of taking the time to get to know someone before revealing that she has a child. She also offers advice for young moms and emphasizes that they are not any less valuable or capable because of their age. Jess opens up about her journey with Crohn's disease and the challenges she has faced in managing her health. Finally, she shares how she has overcome a difficult upbringing and finds empowerment in being a mother to her daughter, Autumn.
