In this episode, my mom, Christine, and I talk more about our theme for the year, independence. Part of this is talking about me working out every non-training day, which is about 5 days per week, and we also give an update, since July of 2018, of how things are going in strength training. I also have a prediction that the Patriots would move onto the Super Bowl, which they did! They won 37 to 31 over the Kansas City Chiefs and will now play in Atlanta on Sunday, Feb 3 against the Los Angeles Rams.
