In this episode, I talk with Sandy Brown-Lindstedt, who has a new book, Life of a Firefly. It discusses about her childhood from about 5 to 12 years old, and tells about things from an African-American’s perspective on schooling and life-related things. What’s really intriguing about this book is that it also talks a lot about having faith in God, which would be the “firefly” that her grandma mentions in the book.
