Today is a little bit of a different day on The Mentorship Quest Podcast...because, today's quote is coming to you from someone who's NOT a famous figure, but from a Facebook comment from a longtime friend and fan of ours - Kirk Allaire. Kirk commented, “In my football coaching days years ago, I remember asking a mentor coach of mine what is the difference between a good coach and a great coach. Without hesitation he said a good coach will collect himself and his team after a loss and make the needed changes and come back the following week and dominate. A great coach will make the needed changes in the middle of the loss at halftime, rally his team and come back in the second half and dominate for the win.” In today's episode, we are talking about what this comment from our coaches corner can mean for our individual lives, as we approach the second half of 2020 - as well as how a little course correction based off of past lessons can allow us to finish the game stronger than we started!
