I forgot to mention that if you ever get a scan, you can bring a friend to sit with you in the room if you have huge anxiety. Also please note, the royalty free picture I used for this episode with a woman in a scanner, this "cage" thing over her face looks very generous, my "cage" was more tighter around the neck, still enough for me to slide out if I needed to as the nurse let me try to slide out as a test, but mine was much tighter than the photo here.

She is looking at a mirror aimed at the back wall with a screen where films are shown. I had headphones to cancel the scanner noise as much as possible.

I also forgot to mention that after the scan the nurse who kept speaking to me over the headset, accompanied me to the locker area. I told him that they changed my MRI to Mobile MRI but I requested to be booked back to the regular MRI again. He confirmed that it was a good idea to rebook back to regular, as the mobile scanner isn't as good!
