M's Adventure's, at www.madventures.me, first podcast is about 100 Must-eat Restaurants in Lima. I often get asked about where people should eat when they visit Lima and this is my list from a few years ago. This podcast will allow me share stories about the restaurants that I mention on the list plus add asides and other information about Peruvian food, culture, and history. I'll get into the tough questions like, "Is Central worth all the hype?" "How do I get into Maido?" and "What is Chifa?" I'll also mention snail foam, piranha skin, and celebrity chefs of Peru.
