Dr. Victor Coleman Jr is an Entrepreneur, Motivational Speaker, and African American Philanthropist based in Toledo, Ohio. Known for being a successful businessman and pillar in his community, Victor passes his knowledge by sharing his story based on life experiences, creating the VJColeman Jr Flight School. His organization is focused on uplifting young men of all races, but not limited to only young males. Coleman can advise any & everyone who is interested in being motivated to take flight, experiencing life at new heights through sharing his life and his story. As a former gang member turned drug dealer, Coleman would go on to receive his PhD after being told he might never learn to read and write. The From boys to Men: Success Journal is a bi-product based on the "From Boys to Men" Personal Development Program. The From Boys to Men Program is a 10-20 week program presented in schools and for various community organization to help prepare young men for success and to help them avoid the failed callings of the urban streets.
