Lynsey Elliot is a mother, entrepreneur and exceptional athlete. From doing sports at school, starting a family and business, to getting back into sport a little later in life - we cover a lot of ground.

Lynsey is a triathlete and UK number one for her age category and represented GB Tri at the Worlds - add in some medals at the Island Games including Bronze in Gibraltar. We discuss how Lynsey has the motivation and good habits to juggle work, family and be a high performing athlete.
