Adam grew up on the Isle of Man playing football and was an outgoing character and well known. On the outside he was happy go lucky, but on the inside he started to struggle with anxiety and depression, this eventually lead to 8 months being housebound

Adam was in a dark place

Then started a journey to understand, to self develop, to improve his own situation and eventually get back into sport.

As co-founder of Reach he’s now impacting the lives of other and making mental health awareness part of everyday life.

With all the great work Adam now does to help others it’s important to remember that Adam himself is on a journey and continues to self develop, motivate and change his mindset.
