Max Singer is former drug free World powerlifting Champion. Max was an excellent rugby player before turning his hand to powerlifting. Friend of the podcast Sam Murphy helped Max reach his potential by becoming world champion.

Max has moved onto trying his hand at other sports that you wouldn’t necessarily think for a 120kg guy. A great inspiration and model to others and shows whatever shape or size, there are no barriers.
