Military Sexual Trauma affects 1 in 3 women and 1 in 50 men - both active duty and Veteran alike. I highlight the current case of Cpl. Thae Ohu and Pfc. Celeste Largo, the tragedy that befell Spc. Vanessa Guillen and Pfc. Asia Graham, and survivor Diana Danis. MST is often not reported due to fears of retaliation and, when it is reported, oftentimes help is not offered and the abuse is swept under the rug. We deserve better and this has to stop.
