Juan "JP" Perez Jr. was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, then commissioned into the US Army Corps of Engineers. JP then attended the Special Forces Assessment and Selection on September 08, 2001. Having completed the Special Forces Qualification Course in 2003, he joined the 7th Special Forces Group. JP deployed overseas in support of the GWOT in over seven countries, including Afghanistan. He retired in 2016 and currently works as a Program Manager and Lead for Davies Group - a UK-based company that provides professional services and technology solutions across the risk and insurance value chain.
