The metrocard is soon to go the way of the subway token as the MTA moves toward a contactless system in the spring of 2019.  With the new technology transit advocates are recommending a series of changes that would bring the agency into the 21st century.  WCBS Reporter Marla Diamond spoke with one of those advocates, Colin Wright.
