US military physician assistant

Katrina Monit (Kati) is a physician assistant in the US military. Her story is humbling and captivating. Her her journey from army mechanic, through two tours of war, years living in Europe, and nearly a decade to reach her PA career goals. She is now stationed stateside seeing patients during half of her workday and spending the second half on various other tasks including leading new research. A true leader among the PA community whom we should look to for exemplary persistence and career excellence.
