We need the positivity of Walter Mercado more than ever, so in this edition of LATINXTRANSFER, a bit of perreo, despojo and mucho, mucho amor in the form of fresh songs from Latinx artists from around the world. We premiere the latest single from Dominican trio Mula, ‘Y ahora’, and also from Linapary, a colombiana based in Paris who is ready for “lo nasty y todo lo fancy” in her single ‘Panty’. When we thought master alchemist Kelman Duran couldn’t deconstruct reggaeton any further, his new self-released tracks ‘6am’ prove us wrong. And speaking of old school ‘underground’, that is the inspiration for the next crop of indie trap artists and MCs in Puerto Rico like Enyel C, Gyanma, Cauty and Skeptic Musica (as well as Walter himself and la Rosalía).
