Ok, so spring is, well, springing and that means snow melt, especially in the afternoons. Snow melt means muddy rivers, but that does not mean poor fishing! What is means is that anglers need to change up their tactics, focus on some fundamental things, and fish with the same confidence they do in clearer times...or at least that's what host Chad LaChance does when the flows rise and the water gets ugly.
