This week we had the pleasure of chatting to Jun, owner and chef at Cafe Pomelo, about all things business and food. We discussed the process of opening Cafe Pomelo, the biggest struggles of being a business owner and also the most rewarding parts. We picked Jun’s brain about where the inspiration for Cafe Pomelo came from and what his biggest piece of advice would be for someone thinking about opening their own business!
Of course, we also discussed the food and asked Jun about where he takes inspiration from when developing the menu, who taught him how to cook and what his death row meal would be!
Jun, you are an inspiration and we’re an absolute delight to speak to - thank you so much for coming on this episode!
Watch this space, big things are coming for this guy!
Ps - swipe for some banging food pics, Cafe Pomelo have some pop ups coming up soon so make sure you check out their Instagram page and book in before it’s too late 🍜
