This week, we are Live from the Rochester Cyclocross in New York. Rochester is always one of the big weekend of racing in North America; many Canadians and US riders make the trip for the event! David and Maghalie explain why they will have to take a break from racing. We also hear from racer Maddie Munro, about her return to racing. We talk to locals about Rochester's food specialty, hear from young racers and various teams about their experience. Rochester was also the first muddy race of the season, so we hear from riders Caitlin Bernstein, Lance Haidet, as well as the Steve Tilford's Foundation team mechanics about how they manage a first muddy race. Finally, we answer fans' questions about managing pre-race nerves and bike build.
