Welcome to Geeks in a Pod. Each week we will discuss and debate a topic as it pertains to movies, television and all things pop culture.

This week we are discussing Disney's new tent-pole release. A release that was delayed 6 months because of the pandemic and relegated to it's streaming service, Disney+. Of course the movie I'm talking about is Niki Caro's Mulan. We get into all the good, the mediocre, and the not so pleasant sides of this movie. We also dive into a discussion on this movie's impact on representation for Asians in cinema.
