Gabriela, uma adolescente de 14 anos, compartilhou como surgiu a ideia de cursar o ensino médio na Austrália, quando ela veio passar férias em Queensland para visitar seu irmão, que atualmente mora em Gold Coast.
A estudante contou como funciona o sistema de ensino na Austrália, sobre as diferenças, os prós e contras, comparadas ao Brasil. Para ela, uma das grandes vantagens,e algo que a conquistou, é poder escolher as matérias que ela vai estudar.
Gabi, falou ainda dos desafios em aprender um novo idioma em um ambiente escolar, sobre como é morar longe dos pais e dos amigos que a acompanharam durante toda a vida escolar no Brasil, como ela está gerenciando, com muita responsabilidade, a independência que conquistou, e sobre como as escolas lidam com casos de bullying.

Criadora de um coletivo que reúne mulheres para falar de política, racismo, feminismo e xenofobia em Portugal, ela falou sobre como a plataforma foi criada e da importância da militância e da denúncia de preconceitos, para que imigrantes possam ter apoio e acolhimento nessa jornada. Ela falou sobre os projetos administrados pela Plataforma Geni e como eles ajudam mulheres imigrantes de forma voluntária em Portugal.
Com uma população imigrante que chega aos 400 mil, brasileiros relatam uma crescente constante em casos de xenofobia em Portugal, que acabou de eleger um presidente de centro-direita e teve em terceiro lugar uma coligação de direita radical, conservadora nacionalista.
A cientista política falou sobre as políticas públicas criadas pelo Brasil, e da importância da educação e popularização de conhecimento e informações, para dar acesso e poder ajudar na formação de pensamento crítico.

Tania falou sobre como exploração da mão de obra imigrante não é olhada criteriosamente por governantes, pois existe um problema estrutural que fortalece essa cadeia de exploração em países que se aproveitam de um sistema de justiça falho para usar pessoas, e tirar vantagem financeira. A artista contou sobre a dificuldade que teve em se adaptar à língua portuguesa, e como a falta de comunicação foi um fator para ela ficar mais reclusa durante os primeiros anos da escola.
Uma conversa sobre o processo de entendimento da cultura indígena, e a estereotipação da figura indígena vinculada como a miscigenação racial, foi um elemento categórico para que ela tivesse uma identificação tardia com sua cultura.
