For the first time since we began weekly podcasts in 2015, broadcasting a guest’s interview has been delayed whilst the employing organisation reviews the content for approval. We respect their right to do this and will wait for their decision.

In the meantime, we felt that the content of the discussion was worthy of sharing with our listeners in a generic way. In this first part, Kim covers the early influences on our guest that led to a focus of multi-lingual service provision and how communication within a work team might have extra challenges when some or all are multi-lingual.
