The Food and Drug Administration and Brassica Pharma Pat. Ltd. are recalling multiply-branded eye ointments as their manufacturing facility failed an FDA sterility inspection.  The brands implicated are Equate, CVS Health, and AACE Pharmaceuticals.  All affected eye ointments have expiration dates from February 2024 to September 2025.

These eye lubricating ointments have been sold at CVS, Walmart, and at other retail outlets.
