Bilal is a member of the Technology Development group at Intel Corporation, where he has been working since January 2022 on competitive intelligence and advanced technology targeting. Prior to joining Intel, he spent 7 years at IMEC in Belgium as a researcher, where he worked on advanced logic design. He has over 30 publications and 250 citations, as well as 10 patents in the field of advanced semiconductor. Bilal received his Bachelor and Master degrees from the University of Pavia in Italy.
