Eclampsia is a rare but severe medical condition where high blood pressure results in seizures during pregnancy. In this poem I have portrayed Mumbai as a lady who is always pregnant with dreams, desires, aspirations and suffering from eternal eclampsia because if these dreams are removed from her womb, the essence Mumbai will die.
