I LOVE CARTWHEELS! The classic cartwheel is truly a thing of beauty and is to be respected always. However, the mechanics of both the AERIAL cartwheel *and* goal setting are very similar. Both require strategic momentum, tons of foundational work, getting comfortable with a different point of view, and the hardest part of all: surrendering control--whether to gravity or to stepping out your own comfort zone.
