Jamal Ibn Mumia is the son of incarcerated Black Panther Party member and celebrated journalist Mumia Abu-Jamal. He is a writer and activist in his own right, deeply involved in social justice issues and the fight for his father's freedom. JR Valrey has been a professional print and broadcast journalist for the last 28 years, based in the Bay Area. The men are touring the nation raising awareness about Mumia Abu-Jamal and all political prisoners.
