The annual District Development Model Conference came to an end yesterday (Wed) where delegates from government departments and municipalities gathered to discuss how the model can help improve municipal performance. The conference which was held in Stellenbosch was looking at this model can stop the increasing wasteful and fruitless expenditure by municipalities. So for today’s segment we thought to educate ourselves on the model to find out what difference it will make in improving the much needed service delivery on the ground. Let’s welcome….
