Last week Thursday on the Municipal Watch we spoke to China Dodovu who is Chairperson of Parliament’s Select Committee on Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Water and Sanitation and Human Settlements who was on a oversight visit to some of the municipalities in Gauteng. When it came to Emfuleni, he described it as a “sad story” referring to service delivery and allegations of corruption.
