We continue our discussion on the Mafube Local Municipality in the Free State. Last week due to time constraints we could not deal with some of the other issues raised by the guests and resident under this municipality which is marred by reports of workers not being paid their salaries for two months. Water and electricity problems, poor service delivery, an acting municipal manager. There has also been a couple of arrests in connection with tender fraud.
