Parliament's Select Committee on Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Water and Sanitation and Human Settlements is in Gauteng this week to assess the state of municipalities and their ability to provide the much needed services. The committee's chairperson China Dodovu says that they have witnessed negative municipal audit reports and how they negatively impact service delivery.
