Last week Tuesday my colleague KG Moeketsi spoke to some of the community members under the Metsimaholo Local Municipality who were accusing the municipality of being bias when it comes to issuing tenders. They also claim that the municipality is not following the correct procedures. So due to time limitations, we decided to bring the issue back so that we give the municipality a chance to explain what exactly is going on down there and this time around it’s the Municipal Manager who is doing the interview with some of the residents.
