In the year  1999/2000 I was the first camera man for Munster rugby, my father Brian O Brien was the team manager and Declan Kidney the coach.

( I left out a players name in my podcast that was an important team player #John Kelly)

This podcast details the birth of how  the music and song 'Stand up and fight' became the song came that is now the Munster anthem.

I tie in the opera back round to the musical film in 1954, its underdog

'all black cast theme' and why my father felt it was a fit for the Munster team ethos.

I tie in the importance of club rugby and its decline in Limerick and ultimately an evaporation of Munster rugby's talent pool.

Male mental health in Limerick is also discussed and how club rugby played a part in managing that.
