In January of 1998, the body of a woman is found at the bottom of a staircase in an area known as 'the jungle'. Officers describe this area as a place where people go to commit crimes as they are seldom ever caught. However, in this particular case, a shoelace is all it takes to lead detectives to the answers they are searching for.
