Unidentified remains were discovered on May 14, 1991 after a two semi truck collision that occurred on south bound interstate 5 north of Kalama, WA. The collision resulted in a severe fire killing both occupants of one of the semi trucks. The unidentified female was severely burned and has not been identified and given the name as Helen Doe.

Donaven Dickerson went missing on November 8, 2024 and was last known to be in Broken Arrow, OK. He is described as having brown hair, blue eyes, last seen wearing a green carhart jacket without a hood, white T-shirt, blue jeans, croc shoes.
