We've got a Shellie Shorty for y'all today and it's one for our locals too! Back in 1999, friends, JB Beasley and Tracie Hawlett were going out to celebrate for JB's birthday. Both girls were 17 years old and lived in the Dothan Alabama area. They never returned home and their bodies were found the next day.
