Early morning on May 14th, 1991 police in Vidor, Texas responded to a car wreck. In the driver seat was the body of Kathy Page. She was strangled and the wreck looked like it was staged. Kathy's unsolved murder would lead to her father putting up billboards calling for justice and naming Kathy's husband as the man who killed her.
