Its Memorial Day at CrossFit Cedar Park. And every year we pay respect to all the heroes who lost their lives for our country. We pay tribute by doing a workout called "Murph". This workout is for fallen soldier Navy SEAL Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy. The workout is as follows. You run one mile; do 100 pullups, 200 pushups, and 300 squats; then run one more mile. All as fast as possible while wearing a weight vest. Both CrossFit 2222 and Cedar Park participated. And in this episode we catch up with a few former guests on the show and they share their Murph stories.
