Dave stepped in as interim CEO in May 2024 and was appointed CEO in September 2024, while continuing as Chairman. He brings more than 30 years of medical device leadership experience, including CEO roles at Cutera and at Vyaire Medical, and he previously led Tornier as president and CEO prior to its acquisition.
