Here are 3 tips from a singer songwriter that are almost guaranteed to cure your troubles:

  1. Turn off the TV…or at least only turn it to the political channel…
  2. Go to bed at the same time each night (or day)…
  3. Listen to some lullaby songs or nice, soft instrumental music
  4. What? You didn’t think I’d leave out music, did you?
