"Thank you Sweet Baby Jesus for another BEAUTIFUL day @BowsTexas. Here to coach and consult you being RAW. REAL. UPBEAT & STRAIGHTFORWARD. The goal is to guide you to be an authentic beautiful version of yourself with an organized routine, living well, and sharing resources to study so you can be focused and productive!”

Have you ever heard a song and felt like they just took the words straight from you head & heart and put it in a song for you to explain what you were thinkin' in that moment?

Head full of lyrics that were linked to memories, now I try to focus on artists that create NEW memories with beautiful songs!

Check out these songs, listen to the lyrics and let your soul just be for a bit; music can be medicine.

1.) "What I thought was all of my life story, turns out it was only just one page. It's a new beginning, I have got so much left to say." Dying to Live by Scott Stapp

This song was literally everything that I was feeling when I began to write this book.

2.) "Stubborn as I am, hard as it may seem, you remind me, I get stronger as I go." Stronger by Alternate Routes

Throughout my life, my family has been there still believing in me even at my lowest; inspiring me to share that love with others.

3.) "You've been faithful in my weakness" Learning to Need You by Justin McRoberts

There's a sweetness, a grace, a love that can be so overwhelming for a sinner like me... this song is on point.

4.) "A medication don't do much, yeah, it just numbs the brain." Get Up by Shinedown

Being able to think clearly is necessary, although sometimes it can be overwhelming, you gotta try!

5.) "They asked me where I learned to do this; self taught, checkin' things off my to do list." No Excuses by NF

When you make time for improvement, you learn more about yourself, what you value, and reality.

6.) "There's a song buried deep inside my soul, beneath the surface, it's in the places that I've been afraid to go, I know it's worth it." Soul Song by Micah Tyler

The closer we get to dealing with our issues, the harder it is to share; seeing it on paper helps us realize how insane life really can be for so long. It takes a lot of courage to write a book and share your story, it's a song without the music.
