Bruce Phillips kicked off the show with a selection from, The Chris Hinze Combination - Stoned Flute.
Daryle followed up Rahni Song Presents Kingdom - Don't Be Afraid. Daryle went on to explain that the Kingdom record was the very first record he ever purchased. They went on to discuss the controversy of the album in the gospel music world in 1987. Bruce shared Dave Hubbard -BC and shared how he added to an MLK mix he dropped years ago due to the songs feeling of righteousness.
Daryle shared the 1988 Scrappy Blue vinyl out of Chicago called, Freeze. The guys went on to discuss how the regional music of the past has now become a uniform sound of mainstream radio but spotlighted some regions that still have their own get-down. Bruce went on to share Carol King -Corazon, a song he discovered back in the early message board days of OKAY Player. The guys had a bit of fun discussing their days on the website's message boards! Daryle followed up with Junie Morrison - Suzie Thundertussy. Bruce made his last selection a Brazilian selection from Emilio Santiago called, "No Balanço Do Tre". While Daryle closed us out with some 1988 R&B from Visions, called "Missing You".
