Finally I ramble about music I've been listening to.  
It didn't come out of my mouth like my brain thought it would.  Maybe I'll give it another try some other time.  That's why this is 'I Practice Talking Good'.  Hoping to become better with my mouth words.  

Also I really hurt my back this week.
