I recorded this nearly 30 minute set during a time when I was extremely upset and angry. Initially, I felt overwhelmed, but as I played, the music began to calm me down. Within about 30 minutes, I felt much calmer and was even able to sleep peacefully afterward. This experience made me deeply appreciate the value of music therapy and its incredible ability to help regulate emotions and promote mental well-being.
