Have you ever been suddenly self-conscious about the music you’re blasting in your car while waiting at a stoplight? No…? Right, same—never any embarrassment about what’s coming out of our speakers while the windows are down… “Well, I'm hot-blooded, check it and see… I got a fever of a hundred and three…”  But I did hear a story about someone who knew a guy who knew a guy that happened to. Of course, it definitely never happened to me.
