This 2 minute song meditation (song starts at 1:11) is the perfect uplifting experience for you if you're ready to set down your shields and open your heart. I'm personally trying to be DONE with defenses. They're totally made up on the false belief that there's something to defend about myself and my decisions - or worse! You ever catch yourself defending WHY YOU CAN'T DO SOMETHING? Like, wtf? Why defend that shit? Why not let defenses down and trust that you are Love and the world you see back is a mirror of that love.
