Phillip Dunlap, a gifted pianist, has recently joined the Broward Cultural Divison as its new Director. As the former Director of Education and Community Engagement with the non-for-profit Jazz St. Louis, we speak with Phillip about being an artist, the growing arts scene in Broward, and inspiring activism.
