I am truly honored to know one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. Joe Barron is kind, intelligent, and very talented. Over the years we've crossed each others paths and it is always a pleasure to talk to Joe. He is one of the first people that gave me a performance opportunity and that will always mean the world to me. You may have seen him perform with the bands Space Monkey Mafia, Afters, Maygen and The Birdwatchers and many others. He mostly plays bass but he also plays guitar, mandolin, and he can sing as well. In this episode we have visual artists Cameron Jarvis and Priscilla Briggs! This is the first episode filmed in front of a live audience and it was such an incredible experience! Cameron and Priscilla met at the liberal college Gustavus Adolphus in St Peter Minnesota. Priscilla is a teacher there and Cameron was a student and they collaborated on this exhibit to bring a message about the evolution of the transportation system. They have several pieces up for interpretation before viewers and they are very open to conversations about there work. I was very impressed with this exhibit and I look forward to seeing more of their work!

He’s a drummer, a teaching artist, and the host of Sound Field on PBS and amazing human being.
