So a lot of Muslims have this really big problem these days. When they go to sleep, they don’t get really good dreams. Before you go to sleep, recite the three Qul. three times each and ayatul kursi before you sleep and your dreams will become happy again Alhamdulillah and if you want your dreams to become more vivid, you will improve your sleep. Consider adding these three supplements to your diet. Magnesium, selenium and vitamin D (and Vitamin B12) and perhaps lithium if you have mood swings. All of these are supplements
