<p>The 2021 Ft. Worth Muster was my first occasion to give a Muster Address. I have spoken at a Muster every year since. Every Muster Address is new, created to represent the students' outstanding work and share the unique lessons and challenges of their most recent season. I was originally set to speak at the 2020 Ft. Worth Muster. After COVID interrupted that Muster, the 2021 Muster Address represented two very motivating seasons.</p>

Muster Address, Ft. Worth 2021: "Here"

Toward the end of every Aggie Bonfire season, after almost a year of hard work, fires are lit under "Perimeter Poles" at the corners of Stack on cold Texas nights. Stories about a shared experience can last all night around these Perimeter Fires.

Bonfire is described as the greatest leadership laboratory of its kind. That may be a misnomer. It is one of a kind. The experiences it provides and the lessons it teaches have shaped generations, who have in turn left the Woods with the courage and grit to shape their world.
