OMGGGGGG…. This one has been a long time coming. Finally the episode with my bestie from college.

Mo is one of the few people that I trust deeply and I value our connection so sooo much. Despite the distance we’ve managed to keep in touch, and I am 99.99% sure that nothing will ever break our friendship. 

We connect on so many levels. First of all, we both have a very similar sense of humor, we both love soccer, we both have immaculate taste in music, we both can care less about what others might think about us, we both have a great deal of mutual respect for each other, etc.

I enjoyed listening back to this a lot and found myself bursting into laughter so many times. We talked about our journeys and our memories, outlooks on race, culture, being the oldest sibling, and Mo shared the most beautiful and inspiring 3 wishes that I've ever heard. Maaaan I’m so glad I’ve met you Mo. one of the things I wrote in that roommate selection that you mentioned it connected with you too was ‘Open Mindedness’, you embody that so well, and it’s truly praiseworthy for you to keep leading with that after all these years, which is always a breath of fresh air.

There were sooo many more things that I wanted us to talk about, but I already cherish every second that we were able to converse and learn new things from each other. I pray that your journey is a wonderful one full of joy; with your attitude, faith, and strength I’m sure you’ll live a life that you’ll be proud of in the end. Keep spreading your light, kindness, and love my friend, you’re doing it right ;)
